Purchase: These sell at Equusnow for around $120 (? maybe more with a crank).
Likes: I like the style of this bridle on a horse with a large head, it's a substantial bridle and styled like the more expensive ones. And it looks pretty with the brass buckles :-). Equusnow is great to deal with and the price is reasonable.
Dislikes: Quality of leather is ok but not great. Looked nice at first, but it does not last as well as the German brands like Stubben / Passier. The leather has stretched some by the holes, and the finish is dulling on the leather (looks like a topcoat is wearing off... still black underneath, just dull). Sizing is a bit off... had to order another crown piece because the horse size crown / throatlatch was small. (I've heard a few people mention problems with size, so I don't think it's just my odd horses :-). But Equusnow was very helpful about getting parts and great to deal with.
Quality: Looks well made, no problems with hardware or stitching. Good quality for the price I guess, but I was a bit disappointed in the quick wear shown on it.
Summary: Check your sizing of bridle parts before ordering. Attractive bridle for reasonable price.
