Purchase: I purchased this martingale online at Bit of Britain. It looked like a good quality item for the price, and I had had good luck with the in the past. The price was (and still is) $32.95.
Likes: I like the construction of this martingale, especially the leather. It is very pretty and soft.
Dislikes: I don't like that it only has three holes for adjustment, and while this will fit quite a few horses, there are those that need a slightly looser or tighter fit.
Quality: The leather on this martingale is very nice and supple. It is very strong and has stayed as such through heavy use, however, the stitching in the buckle area has come slightly loose, but it has not come completely off.
Summary: I have had this martingale for just over a year now, using it very regularly on two horses, and it has not yet shown any signs of wear and tear.
