Purchase: I bought this saddle at Little B Barn in CT. I got this because I didn't want to wear out my leather barrel saddle in between competitions, so I use this saddle for training/practicing. I also use this saddle on my young horse to get her used to wearing a saddle so she doesn't ruin my leather saddles because she likes the taste of leather. I paid $325 for it and it was worth it.
Likes: I like the fact that everything is suede except the jockeys, and fenders. This saddle keeps you in if your horse suddenly stops, like mine likes to do. It is very comfortable and you can ride in it for hours, it's also very light so your horse won't get fatigued as quickly.
Dislikes: The one thing I don't like about this saddle is it doesn't come in a 15 1/2" seat so I had to get a 16 which is a little to big, but other than that no complaints.
Quality: This is a very good quality synthetic saddle, unlike some that I have ridden in that are very uncomfortable. The fenders and jockeys are cordura material and the rest of the saddle is suede.
Summary: This is an awesome saddle and fits my hard to fit quarter horse mare. She's right between semi and full quarter horse bars, but this one fits her perfect. It even stretches a little as your riding so it doesn't pinch.
