Purchase: I bought this saddle from www.adamshorsesupplies.com for $962 as a new jumping saddle for my horse.
Likes: I pulled the saddle out of the box, and loved the design. The saddle I got was different than what I thought, but looked better. The leather is really nice quality and the dye does not come out any more than expected, it does bleed a bit when it gets wet but the saddle is still as black as ever. The seat is fairly comfortable and the large knee blocks keep you feeling very secure.
Dislikes: The E-motion tree really doesn't work. It pinches my horses withers and actually caused his muscles to atrophy, but as I do not have another saddle I just had to pad it with a baby pad. The panels have not broken in, from too much stuffing I think, though the back panels have. The knee pad finally broke in last month, after feeling like a foam filled mattress for a while.
Quality: Overall construction was amazing, solid stitching, wonderful leather and a very nice design overall.
Summary: I would buy it again, but would be much more pro-active to get it to break in at first by oiling it, and really working the panels.
