Purchase: I bought the Jolly Stall Snack System from Double G Tack Shop for $34.90. I got it because I just bought a new horse and I went on a shopping spree!!!
Likes: My horse really likes the Jolly Stall Snack (the part he is suppose to eat) he finished it today so it took him a week to finish it but that is because he bites it and doesn’t Lick it. It also makes his stall smell really good.
Dislikes: My horse is TARIFIED if the Jolly ball that clips onto the bottom of the holder, when he gets in his stall he goes up and sniffs it then he gets freaked out and blots to the other side of his stall. After I took the Jolly ball off of the bottom of the Jolly snack holder he would sniff it but after he sniffed it he would show no interest in it so I took the part that he is suppose to eat out of the Jolly snack holder and held it in my hands and showed it to him... he started licking it and taking bites out of it so I tied a bailing twine through the hole in the middle of the snack then I tied the bailing twine to one of the bars on his stall now he loves it and every time I see him in his stall he is licking it or biting it!
Quality: It stays together well, there are other people in my barn that have had the same holder and ball for a long time and those seem to be in good condition.
Summary: Don't unscrew the screw that is in the Jolly ball or it will deflate (I made that mistake but I realized what I was doing in time so it didn’t deflate all that much)
I don’t know about the other flavors but the Apple flavored snack tastes really good!!! I got curious and tried it... it tastes like a jaw breaker but not as hard!
