Purchase: I have been looking and looking for English Tack! The sizes, prices, and varieties start to get confusing! I looked up English Saddle Package on Google.com, and of all the people, Chicks Saddlery had the most cheap, but great value. I would recommend Chicks Saddlery to anyone!
Likes: I like the way the saddle feels. You can jump without worrying about falling off! Trust me, riding Western is really different than riding English! The saddle pad is very thick and keeps my saddle from getting sweat marks. The leathers are very sturdy!
Dislikes: The cotton web girth pinches sometimes! As long as you run your hand underneath, its good. Just ask my horse!
Quality: This saddle is made made with suede padded flaps (feels good!) and hidden knee rolls. The saddle is made of a beautiful Havana colored leather! The bridle is schooling quality, and has a nice feel to it, with laced reins. It has tough leathers, that won't break! The stirrups come in Fillis, or safety with rubber band release! The cotton web girth is very sturdy and is very durable.
Summary: This is a great package for starting out, and I love this set! I hope you would too!
