Purchase: I got this helmet at a local tack shop and paid $40-50. I bought this helmet because I had grown out of my old one.
Likes: I was very lightweight and cool even though the color was black. It lasted very well through many falls(almost every week I fell) over a period of two to three years. It also fit excellent. When I got my new helmet I was a little disappointed that it was not molded to my head as well as the old one.
Dislikes: It is really ugly. It comes in nicer colors then the one I got though, and I love bright colors. Also, the glue holding the velcro for the visor melted some, but the snaps on the side kept it on.
Quality: This helmet is constructed very well and has a lot of adjustibility, so you can get the exact fit you want. I only got a new one because my horse stepped on this one, But even after he did it didn't break.
Summary: This is an excellent schooling helmet and with the new features it has an ability to "grow" with a younger rider.
