I won an online auction for $10.50, then purchased another pair off the web site for $45.
Likes: They actually fit. I have large calves and have been searching for half chaps in a larger size. The largest size I could find were Ariat All Around half chaps in size XL, which are 17-17.5 inch wide. My calves are 18.5 inches wide... These Arete Half Chaps fit very well, are supportive, and they look great.
Dislikes:
Quality: Medium weight suede, tight stitching, just overall good construction and materials.
Summary: I am very pleased to see a company finally supplying the larger rider with quality products at a reasonable price.
