Purchase: I ordered a Scamper saddle from double jj saddlery. The saddle was sent back as it hurt my horses back. Double j made me pay shipping and would NOT give me my $$ back ! I called Charmayne and she said she was sorry but could not make them take the saddle back. For 7 months my horse was sore I finally got a new saddle last week from Marlene Mc Crae and my horse took a check the next race . I spoke with another few girls and they said both the record breaker and the Scamper did the same thing to their animals. It is wrong that Charmayne pulled her endorsements from double J without honoring the people that were stuck with these saddles. If you are going to put your name on it then by gosh honor it !!!!!

Summary: I will never put stock into anything she does because I know her and still she would not do a thing about it !
