Purchase: I purchased the Troxel Sierra helmet from Valley Vet. I paid $99.95.
Likes: I like the ventilation, looks and comfort.
Dislikes: The harness broke in two places the first time I used it. I don't know if this is a design flaw or just a defect with this particular unit.
Quality: Poor. The harness broke away from the helmet and the slide mechanism also broke the first time I used it.
Summary: I had hoped this would be a comfortable, durable helmet but it broke the first time I put it on. Maybe my helmet was an isolated defect. I hope so because it really did feel comfortable and had good ventilation. Also, looked pretty nice.
