Purchase: This saddle sells fitted out for about 2000.00 I inherited mine.
Likes: It fits humans and equines for all day hard rides in the mountains, has a modified association tree....works super on my mule, too. The smooth seat, the tapaderos, the rigging D's allow for maximum usability. This saddle can take really hard work and stay together.....Excellent excellent fit for both people and animal.
Dislikes: If you want a super light saddle, this is not it, but for the quality it is, it is not too heavy, either.
Quality: This has the very best leather, both in quality and condition, and the workmanship is craftsman quality, not mass produced junk.....It can really take a rugged bunch of use and come back for more, and do it with good fit for the animal and comfort for the rider.
Summary: This saddle works exceptionally well, not the most flashy or fancy, but wasn't made for a drugstore cowboy....this rig works and fits.
