Purchase: Purchased it for around $15 - probably from the State line Tack area of Petsmart.
Likes: In all honesty, I don't. I really can't think of much - I'm waiting for the day our bottle runs out.
Dislikes: It is oily - attracts dirt and leaves a sticky, oily residue that is very difficult to brush out and only slightly easier to wash out. Additionally, I think it is ineffective. I have sprayed this on my horse's legs while adding hoof dressing, watched a single fly keel over while about ten more flies and mosquitoes zoom in to take it's place. I'd rather be spraying water -- at least that doesn't leave a residue. And did I mention price? It isn't exactly cheap - it'd seem a lot cheaper if it worked.
Quality: Um. It's a nice looking bottle? And they do a good job writing up descriptions touting its effectiveness.
And please note - I live in Minnesota, a state notorious for bugs. It may work better in, say, my old home state of Kentucky, where the only bugs that seem to exist in great numbers are spiders and lightning bugs.
Summary: Water's free - this is like $15 oil-water. Don't bother.
