Purchase: I got these at a local feed and tack store, because I am a barrel racer and I use them to protect my horses legs. I paid $49.00 plus tax for them.
Likes: I like them because they are very flexible boots, and they don't bother my horse at all or make and sore spots. They do a great job of keeping her legs protected and seem to fit many different types of horses well.
Dislikes: I don't like the writing on the inside of the boots that says "right" and "left" because with use they fade out and then you dont know which leg. I don't like the velcro because eventually it quits sticking and the velcro strips tear off. One of my horses rubs holes in the sides of his boots quit frequently which makes it difficult when I pay so much for them.
Quality: They are built pretty sturdly but the fabric wears in holes. The straps are velcro and become hard to use after not very much use. The inside is perfect it does make my horses legs hot but it dosn't leave sore spots, or rub his leg or cause reactions.
Summary: I like the boots I think they are the best back boots around, but I do think they should continue to make improvements because there is room and I wich they were cheaper.
