Purchase: I bought these online from Dover Saddlery for about $30. I heard clicking while running and assumed I needed over reach boots that were durable.
Likes: I like how sturdy they are, they look nice and fit pretty well. They are easy to clean and very tough. They have double velcro closures which is nice because my usual Houdini of a horse tried her best to get them off but couldn't the first couple times I had them on her.
Dislikes: I have a paint with small feet and the small boots that I got are still a little big. Unfortunately they don't make an extra small. When I put on her SMB II Boots, the overreach boots kind of interfere when she moves.
Quality: They are made from Dupont's ballistic nylon (Bulletproof Vest Stuff). The stitching holds well and despite being beat up every day, run through mud and cow pies, and washed constantly, they still seem new.
Summary: Love these boots, would recommend them to anyone, just be careful with the size.
