Purchase: I purchased it over the phone from Dover Saddlery. I paid $699.99 because it was on sale, and it came with a matching Circuit Bridle. My previous saddle no longer fit my horse so I looked around for a good quality, but fairly inexpensive close contact saddle. I ended up getting the Elite.
Likes: It's beautiful! One of the most comfortable saddles I've ever ridden in! Broke in very quickly. The Oakbark colored leather is a wonderful color for all those lighter colored horses out there!
Dislikes: There is some slight discoloration where the stirrup leathers rub the flaps, but they look brand new after they are cleaned.
Quality: It was made wonderfully! After a long time of practically every day riding it's still going strong. I have a feeling that this saddle will last me quite a few years.
Summary: If I had the choice of any saddle in the world, I would definitely still get the Dover Circuit Elite. I couldn't ask for a better saddle for the price. I reccommend it to anybody that has a smaller budget and is looking for a good, quality saddle that will last them a long time.
