Purchase: I purchased this saddle new from a reputable tack shop and paid $575 about two years ago. This was my daughters first saddle and she was 10 years old. She chose it over 7 other saddles - some more expensive.
Likes: My daughter LOVES this saddle. She says it is very comfortable. Gives just enough cushion at the front. She likes the knee rolls and it cleans up like new. Her saddle looks just like new today. She likes it so much when she outgrew it (was a 15) she wants another!! We looked at 12-15 other name brand - more expensive - saddles and she still comes back to this one. So, we are ordering another today. The color is very nice to show.
Dislikes: The seat is narrow. I am concerned as her "tush" grows wider that the seat may become too narrow.
Quality: GREAT! We have had no problems. She rides 3-4 times a week and as a young child does not always take "good care" of the saddle at the barn. After she cleans it there is very little wear marks on it that show. The seat has no wear marks on it. Very Happy with it.
Summary: I would buy this saddle again..In fact I am. Wish they would make half sizes and the seat wider but stay in the same price range. Great saddle for the money!!!
Definitely recommend for new young riders. Also has held its value!!! Will get back almost what I paid when I sell.
