Purchase: In the never ending search for the perfect fly spray, I decided to try Pyranha. The BEST price was on line at Country Supply, Pyranha Wipe N Spray $10.39 with shipping free on orders over $50.00, which mine always end up being over.
Likes: Pyranha fly spray & wipe is the BEST product for repelling and killing flies on horses and in the stalls, that I have used in my 58 years of fighting the little monsters--flies. I also used Pyranha in the horse trailer before I loaded up for the show and there was no kicking and stomping going on in there!
Dislikes: The only reason I did not give it a "5" is that when I got to the show my filly had dust spots where I had sprayed her. It is an oil base product and the dust was attracted to it. I little extra grooming was worth it to not have to worry with the insect problem this time of year.
Quality: The lasting effect made the price very reasonable, considering with other products I would have to spray and spray and spray and spray. With Pyranha, one light misting lasted all day and sometimes longer.
Summary: Taking time to brush the horse after spraying was worth it to bring up a great shine and not have to worry about insects whether at a show, in the stall or out to pasture.
