Purchase: I bought this saddle used off of equine.com for $800 and I LOVE it. I have no clue what it retails for new, but I know that I was definately happy with my purchase. I will never sell it.
Likes: I like the fact that this saddle is extremely comfortable. The seat is like sitting on clouds. I also like that I am able to move the stirrups where I want and push in and they lock. If you want them free swinging dont lock them. I like how close this saddle fits my horses backs. The tooling is absolutely incredible and there is no popped stitching or anything loose.
Dislikes: When I bought this saddle, it was a creme color. Well I got it dyed a walnut color, and other than that theres nothing I don't like about this saddle.
Quality: The quality is great. The stitching is strong, the tooling is deep and obviously hand done. There is real sheepskin instead of the usual synthetic material. I have started bronc colts in the saddle and the tree is extremely durable.
Summary: Overall this saddle is awesome. I would snatch another one up in a hurry, and the next saddle I buy, I will make sure to look for another one like it. I have had this saddle for 2 years and am still thrilled about it. I have no clue what they cost new, but it was definately worth every cent I paid for it.
