Purchase: I purchased the saddle off the web including pictures and measurements of the horse as instructed. Paid $1400.00
Likes: The saddle came - in the promised time.
Dislikes: The saddle came - very disappointed with the construction and leather finishing. The black was only dyed on one side. Very stiff. Black color came off on clothing.
The saddle didn't fit. It sat right on her withers. I called the company and they were very short and said send it back. I have read so much of the excellent customer service. I did not receive it. Not once did they ask for pictures or help to fit. Heck they didn't even know if I placed it on the horse right.

Summary: I would not purchase a saddle from them.
