Purchase: I bought the package (included saddle, stirrups, leathers, pad & girth) through email for $119 + shpg. They said it was to be shipped UPS ground within 10 days. I was sent a notice that the UPS label had been processed, but pick up was pending. A week later it said the same thing. I called & their 1st response was it was being sent back to them & they would get another out immediately (although I verified the UPS address was correct). They were sorry for the delay. I didn't receive a UPS confirmation so I called the next day. They told me the same thing. On the third day they said it was on back order & didn't know when it would be available. UPS said it was never shipped in the 1st,2nd or 3rd time.
Likes: The package was a great deal, sorry it never arrived.
Dislikes: It never arrived & they were not upfront about the order.
Quality: unknown
Summary: If they had been upfront about the delay and given me a time to be expecting it I would have been grateful. The delay cost me use of that saddle. However, they did refund my money promptly.
