Purchase: I found this on sale at my tack store for $249.99 with a regular price of $420.00. Dover has it on close-out right now for $249.99 as well.
Likes: I like the color of mine, it's called tawny brown with apricot. It's beautiful, looks as expensive as it was. I'm tall so I was happy to find a 'long' coat as well. Most run too short for me and they look funny. This one fit perfect and that was the only reason I spent so much for it.
Dislikes: The price. I never thought I would spend over $200 for a show coat. My parents gave me the money for it as a birthday present. Even though I didn't have to spend my own money, it hurt having to pay that price. I gave this a '4' because of the price.
Quality: It's an Italian wool so dry clean only. You can tell that the stitching is quality, not like my old Devon-Aire show coat (my starter.) I'll be taking very good care of this one to make sure it lasts forever.
Summary: This is truely a beautiful coat, inside and out. It screams out 'class' and I've had nothing but compliments on it. If you want to invest in a quality show coat, I recommend his one. Especially since it's on sale a Dover now.
