Purchase: I bought this from SLT/PetSmart for $29.99. I needed a girth fast and wanted a fuzzy girth because I like to protect my horse from any rubs. This was the only one they had in stock in the store.
Likes: The price was right that's for sure. I didn't have the money to buy the Professional's Choice girth that I wanted, and I don't like the regular leather girths, so that was all that was left. My horse is a bit sensitive and I don't want to risk any sores on him. I like the fleece girths because they protect from this.
Dislikes: I don't like how thick it is. I hope with use it will shrink up a bit because I have a hard time getting it through my martingale, as it's already on the loosest knotch.
Quality: Average. It's made of a washable brown nylon webbing and synthetic fleece and has elastic on one end. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on that, but will be soon.
Summary: This was a decent purchase I would have to say. I hope to buy the Professional's Choice girth down the line, so this one is good for now. I would definately recommend it to a rider looking for an inexpensive girth, or for a horse ridden a lot, to protect from sores.
