Purchase: I purchased my treeless saddle from a friend who had in turn purchased the item from ebay. The saddle did not fit her so I purchased it as I required a saddle that would fit my mule. Our first long ride was through the mountains in Merrit area.
I paid $450.00 for it
Likes: It's ability to fit my mule and be comfortable right away. There was no break in period or squeaks and creaks as with traditional new leather saddles.
Dislikes: The girth has been a bit of a challenge to get used to as I have always used a western saddle and the girth is an english type. That would be my ONLY complain
Quality: The saddle is built of a soft leather over a sheepskin under side. It has a removable fibre-glass handle in the front and a removable foam cantle. By removing both and can lay the saddle flat for storage if need be. Quality wise I would liked to have seen a better leather used
Summary: This is a wonderful saddle that is reasonably priced and a great introduction to anyone wishing to purchase there first treeless saddle. I would liked to have seen a better quality leather used or even a high quality synthetic product used but for the affordable price it is worth the money as long as it is not abused.
