Purchase: I bought Trail Master Pleasure Saddle online because it says that it's a leather saddle and shows it with leather fittings.
Likes: I thought for the price, it was worth ordering a leather saddle, the picture & online description looked great. I was fooled.
Dislikes: The saddle is hard, there is no padding under the fake suede across the seat, it's impossible to sit in. The leather looks fake and is flimsy and held together by tacks.
Quality: Parts of the cheap material might partially resemble leather, but the saddle is mainly made with flimsy vinyl which is wrapped around the horn and back of the seat. It is also so flat across the back that it would never fit any horse, I have a quarter horse with low withers and the saddle hits way to the side of the shoulders because it's flat across the bottom.
Summary: The return policy forces you to eat the cost of shipping both ways plus a 25% restocking fee no matter what you receive. So if you pay $170 to order it and another $30 to ship it back, after they deduct everything, you get a $104 refund, but that's only if you inform them within 7 days of the delivery date and include a complicated list of instructions on how to ship it back, and they don't find a scratch, even then you won't get your credit card credited for another 30-days after they've received it back in perfect condition. Do not get fooled this is not a saddle that can be ridden in. The price is too good to be true!
