Purchase: I bought these boots from Greenhawk approximately 6 months ago, and got them on sale for approx. $200.
Likes: I have very wide calves and they have a draw lace system with a gusset that widens to fit wide calves. The system is easy and efficient. The boots are waterproof on the shoe portion, and the high boot portion is very nice soft leather. The boots are nicely lined with fabric. The boots look very good, fit very well, and of good sturdy construction. I think they are the nicest high boots that I have ever had.
Dislikes: Can't think of anything negative.
Quality: Extremely well constructed. No problems in the six months that I have had them.
Summary: If you have wide calves, this is a great find. Well worth the money. They should last for years. You can wear them almost year round--just a wee bit too heavy for summer heat.
