Purchase: Purchased for about $10 at State Line Tack. My horse's tail was rubbing from dry, itchy skin, and his coat was fading out and becoming extremely dry and brittle from sun bleaching. I saw that this conditioner also was a sunscreen to add moisture while blocking the coat from bleaching out, so I figured I would kill 2 birds with one stone and give it a shot.

Likes: It works beautifully. I applied it once a day after a thorough bath all over my horse's sun bleaching on his neck and shoulders. Within 3 days, his coat was looking better and better with a darker color and no more bleaching. The dry look went away almost instantly. I also used it on his dry, itchy tail and dock area. The rubbing has stopped and the tail is rehabilitating itself beautifully. I also decided I would use it when my horse developed peely, itchy skin on his girth area. Within one use of the conditioner, the skin was healed up and looking great. This conditioner has multiple uses great for any job. It smells wonderful - that nice Vetrolin smell.

Dislikes: If you are short on time, to get full effects of the conditioner it needs to be left in for several minutes. I leave it on for about 10 minutes while my horse eats dinner and then rinse it off. The bottles are not very big, so you can run out of it quite quickly if you use a lot of it frequently and it can get expensive at $10 a bottle.

Quality: Durable white plastic squeeze-bottle. 16 oz bottles. Restores strength & elasticity. Protects mane, tail and coat from harmful UV rays for up to 8 days, eliminating fading. Leaves mane & tail easy to comb. Improves body & feel. Great for dogs too!

Summary: Another amazing product by Vetrolin! Will definitely continue to purchase Vetrolin Conditioner, as well as their many other products.
