Purchase: I purchased this sheet from Valley Vet Supply for $80 as an introductory price. I had looked everywhere for a fleece lined sheet.
Likes: I love this sheet!!!! It's nearly perfect!! It has a heavy waterproof outer covering that is durable and totally waterproof and breathable. I have had this sheet for 2 years of heavy use and washings and it has not ripped once and is still completely waterproof. The back and upper side area is fleece lined and the shoulders and lower sides are nylon lined. You get the best of both worlds!! I don't have to worry about my horse over heating because the fleece wicks any moisture off him and through the blanket while also being nice and warm and snuggly when the temperature drops! The nylon at the shoulder helps to prevent shoulder rubs and the nylon lining on the lower sides keep mud, dirt, shaving, etc from sticking to the fleece.
Dislikes: I only wish this sheet was cut deeper in the neck to fit horses with X-LG necks. I have draft crosses and the neck is pretty snug on them. It fit my TB great though.
Quality: This sheet is wonderfully made and has held up well to 2 years (and going) of use and abuse.
Summary: I highly recommend this sheet to anyone purchasing new clothing for their horse. It is my favorite sheet and if it was available with a larger cut-out neck, I would replace all other sheets with it.
