Purchase: I bought the boots from Bit of Britain Saddlery (www.bitofbritain.com) for 49.95 for the front pair. I was looking for a gel boot that wouldnt break the bank.
Likes: I really like the fact that they are machine washable. I personally dont want to scrub mud and hair off some boots, so throwing them in the wash before the shows is a lifesaver. They conform well to my horse's leg, and she didnt object to having them on.
Dislikes: The velcro and elastic tend to get clogged up with seeds and such when you ride through the fields, which is easily solved by using a doggy slicker brush through the velcro. Also, where my horse has hit herself, the boots have permanent marks, but they are not noticable when I ride. No colors either :(
Quality: They seem to be high quality boots, very similar to the eskadrons. They have held up with plenty of abuse and still look very good when they're clean.
Summary: These are very nice boots for the money, similar to eskadron boots but eeasier on the wallet. They are ideal for schooling or show.
