Purchase: I bought this saddle with measuring guide, the complete set of gullets, leathers, stirrups, saddle pad and saddle cover on ebay for $625 all the items are great quality, even the pad!
I bought this saddle because I needed a saddle I can use for several different horses! I like the look of the equi-suede.
Likes: I absolutely love the comfort for myself and foremost for the young mount I am currently training. He's never been a forward going horse, tried various different saddles including an abetta western and a big horn, nothing would really fit him and nothing could get him to "free" up a bit.
I put this saddle on him and he was a different horse. I hit the trails with this saddle after I used the other two saddles mentioned above and he moved easier, didn't trail behind and even had energy left to sprint up the hills without huffing and puffing.
Dislikes: There REALLY isn't anything I don't like about this saddle, next time I'll give a dressage saddle a try though I would NEVER give my A/P up.
Quality: The saddle is made very sturdy, it's beautiful to look at! The stirrups and saddle pad as well as leathers are very solid, I haven't had any problems with it and I have been riding almost daily in this saddle
Summary: If you want a good looking, well fitting, adjustable and comfortable saddle for yourself and your horse then buy the wintec pro 2000 A/P, it's an all around GREAT saddle!
