Model: Hunter Classic
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle from a local tack shop for approximately $2000. It was the display model, but had only been tried out a couple of times. Originally this saddle was purchased for a very large boned TB that I was riding, but I was happy to find that with the adjustable tree it also fit my thin, high withered TB too!
Likes: I love the tobacco colour and the calfskin is incredibly soft. This saddle was a dream to break in. It is very comfortable, and enables a great seat for both flat & over fences. I get a great deal of compliments on this saddle and everyone who has ridden it it has really liked it!
Dislikes: A drawback to this saddle would be that the calfskin marks quite easily, another (not really a drawback, more of an annoyance) it has very high billets which makes girthing up a pain.
Summary: Prestige make great products. You can't go wrong with this saddle, I would buy another in a heartbeat!! Its hard not to like this saddle, especially with the adjustable tree!
