Likes: Great fit and comfortable is about all these boots have going for them. They did require very little break in time and I could wear them all day long easily forgetting I had them on.
Dislikes: Unfortunately, comfort doesn't always work, because the quality of leather in these boots is absolutely horrible! I've purchased a pair of $100 riding boots before that lasted forever and still looked great! The leather on these boots seem to have a cheap coating on them and after only two weeks it started PEELING!!! These boots look horrible and I wouldn't even take them to a schooling show! Very embarrassing! The store owner where I bought them was very good the first time around. He returned them and sent me a new pair quick enough for my clinic on the weekend. I took great care of these boots: put a leather conditioner/protector on them once every two weeks and rinsed them every time after I rode and dried them immediately. The new boots didn't take long at all before they starting to peel again. I tried emailing the owner of the store and got no response. I called him and he said he would look into it and hasn't called me back. I have not been able to find a link to contact Ovation directly and feel like I've just wasted my money and wish I had spent a few hundred more and got some REAL boots.
Quality: PEELING CHEAP LEATHER...need I say more?
Summary: I thought Ovation was a better company then that and actually considered some of their other products... :(
