Purchase: I bought the Clinton Anderson lead rope and halter from his direct website. The halter is made of a stiffer-than-normal, full-bodied rope that discourages horses from wanting to lean against it and pull. It features two strategically placed knots on the noseband that work off the pressure points of your horse's nose. If your horse chooses to lean against it, or be disrespectful and push, the knots will make it uncomfortable for your horse to do so. When he yields, the uncomfortable pressure ceases, effectively making the right thing easy and the wrong thing difficult. The lead rope is 14' long. Clinton prefers this length, as it is long enough to do all your ground work, and get out of danger if you are working with a disrespectful horse, but it is not so long that you are dragging excess rope. The rope features a special weighted end that makes it easier to twirl when you want your horse to move away, or yield. The quick release snap is high quality non-rust stainless.

Likes: I love the pressure knots for a disrespectful horse. I also love the quality and length of the lead rope.
