Purchase: I am not reviewing a particular saddle, but I have read a couple of reviews submitted on saddles purchased from Frontier Equestrian. I also purchased a saddle package from them (can't beat the price), and while the saddle is comfortable, the quality was suspect. Nearly all of their products appear to have been made in India, and it therefore is very likely that most of the items are actually "water buffalo" hide. None of their products are "brand name" and are mass-produced, so you're not really getting a deal. Also check for sure that the tree on your saddle is not mis-aligned, or twisted - these are not made by people with years of saddle making experience. Just beware - as with everything - you get what you pay for.
