Purchase: I got 2 Beastie Brushes from Country Supply for about $6.oo each. I got one for the horses and one for my husband's goat.
Likes: I love these brushes! They are medium stiffness, perfect for getting mud off a horse's summer coat. They come in nice bright colors so they're easy to spot when I leave one somewhere. They've held up really well to a year of hard use, and they clean out very easily, unlike many brushes that seem to trap dust and hair in the bristles. These also don't generate as much static on winter coats as my other brushes do.
Dislikes: I had no color choice, and hot pink-and-purple swirls would not have been my first pick. However, the blue and orange one is nice.
Quality: These are very well-made synthetic brushes. I haven't had any problem with bristles coming out or even bending much. I think if I threw them in a bucket of water they would still look brand new.
