Likes: The boot fit my horses foot very well, and I have tried several other brands without much success. I bought the Boa boot when my horse got an abcess in his front foot. He was lame on the foot with just a wrap on but with the wrap and the Boa boot he could be turned out in the field and run and play without it coming off! He was very depressed when I couldn't turn him out because of his shoe being off- but with the boot he can go out and still have his foot completly protected. I have also used the boot when other horses in the barn have lost shoes with just as much sucess.
Dislikes: It took me a few mintues to adjust and fit the boot when I first bought it, but now after using it I can adjust it easily to fit different horses.
Quality: So far the boot has held up to considerable wear, and tear. I have found the fit to be very satisfactory, and it has been on several different horses. The fact that it can be used on more than one horse has made it very usefull to me.
Summary: I would highly reccoment the Boa Horse Boot to anyone who has horses that are always losing shoes- I don't have to call the farrier twice a day trying to get him to come out right away! With the boot I don't have to worry about getting it on right away. I have even tried riding with the boot on at slower gaits and it worked well.
