Purchase: After seeing my riding buddys Wintec 500 All Purpose saddle from a local saddlery and its ease of use I just had to try one! I purchased a Wintec 2000 with flock panels but I had sized the saddle wrong for myself. I then upsized and after seeing the CAIR dvd I decided it was worth a try. I paid $1100 for this saddle brand new with all mounts and extras.
Likes: I had a riding accident a few years back which damaged my lower back - needless to say the physio & chiropractor bills were high! After using this saddle those expenses have dropped considerably! The saddle is so light weight so is easy to lift and carry. The CAIR panels make the impact of riding so minimal and give a closer feel between horse and rider.
Dislikes: There really isn't much to fault with this saddle! Its light, has adjustable gullets to fit almost any horse, its comfortable, durable, stylish. I do know that with use the equisuede will eventually start to wear and will probably change colour slightly but if you use the saddle cover they provide you and follow their easy instructions then I will last a long time! Plus you can wash it with water! Not like a leather saddle!
Quality: Everything on this saddle is strong and meant to last. The easy change gullets are simple to change and the gullet plates are strong.
Summary: Love this saddle! Its the best everyday saddle you could ever want. I is comfy, has style and you can use it on many horses of many shapes!
