Purchase: I purchased this sheet at a State Line Tack/Petsmart store.
I chose this unit due to the fact that the price was reasonable, and it was the only 78" sheet that they had in stock.
I paid in the $35-45 ball park.
Likes: Soft fabric against the horses skin. Horse does not become heated in this sheet even on days when it is over 105 degrees outside. Horse is in stall/paddock situation.
Dislikes: We have to go out to the barn and adjust the sheet on the mare during the day. It continually falls off to the side. I don't care for the way it fits her in her chest. Even after I've tried all of the fitting adjustments, it ends up tight on her chest. At least the fabric is soft enough it does not leave worn spots on her.
The blanket needs hind leg attachments to keep the blanket in place better.
Quality: Need better fitting of the belly strap. I think this in addition to the lack of hind leg straps are the reasons this sheet will not stay on the horse properly.
I do like the soft feel of the sheet. I have yet to run it through the washing machine.
Summary: You get what you pay for.
