Likes: It is fairly well made. I do like the "V-free" wither
Dislikes: I've used Weatherbeetas for years and this is the first time I tried another brand.
It's not nearly as nice as the Weatherbeetas in the following areas:
Not cut as generously (not as long a "drop"
There are no keepers on the chest straps and no shock elastic on the surcingles.
The nylon used for the straps is not as high quality.
It can and does cause rubbing on the shoulder blades, as the gussets are at the shoulder rather than the shoulder points as they are on the Weatherbeeta Freestyles.
Quality: The fabric and stitching seems to be fine.
Color choices on lots of Schnieder blanket models seem somewhat limited.
Summary: It's an okay blanket but I can get the Weatherbeeta Orican Freestyle for nearly the same price and in my opinion, its a better blanket than the Schneider model.
