Purchase: I bought these riding gloves upon the suggestion of my coach. I bought them from Picov's in Ajax, Ontario, Canada for $35 (tax included, Cdn funds). Model is the All Weather (Aquasuede Palm), Ladies Universal size.
Likes: I have had these gloves for nearly 5 years and they still haven't worn out or lost their colour (black). All it takes to spruce them up is a quick wash with some mild soap and water.
Their aquasuede palm provides excellent grip, yet they're thin enough so your "feel" isn't jeopardized.
The back of the gloves is made with a nylon elastic back for a little extra give when your fingers are bent around the reins, yet they don't stretch out too much. I also find that the velcro wrist closures offer some wrist support.
Dislikes: Nothing yet.
Quality: Excellent.
After 5 years, these gloves are still in great shape. I will definately buy from SSG again.
They also offer different styles of gloves to suit the specific needs of eventers, hunters / jumpers, drivers and dressage riders... as well as the western discipline.
Summary: An amazing glove at a good price. This company is definately on to something.
