Purchase: Bought from Adams Horse and Pet Supply (on Amazon.com) for $69.99 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. Arrived quickly.
Likes: They finally keep my feet warm! I did wear a pair of light/medium weight wool socks. My feet are usually cold all the time and it was so nice to feel my toes at the end of a ride.
Dislikes: After a couple rides they are not broken in yet, but are still comfortable. They may take a little to break in since the material is a bit stiff.
Quality: They seem well constructed, waterproof and warm. The tread is good but will not trap too much mud, and are comfortable while doing chores and also while riding. The boot does come higher up the calf than regular paddock boots, but I find that will be good in the muddy winter.
Summary: I think these are great winter boots for the money. I am not in a really cold climate, and can't evaluate for negative temps, but they work great at 20-30 degrees F.
