Summary: In early May 2006, I ordered a Hilason treeless saddle over e-bay. In late June I received the saddle in the wrong size. I tried for several months to contact Hilason by telephone and e-mail to exchange the saddle for the correct size. The company did not respond to my e-mails and the telephone rang and rang without an answer for months. Finally, in November, I reached Sohaib at the company, who told me to return the saddle and they would replace it in the right size. I returned the saddle November 10; Federal Express confirmed it was delivered to Hilason and signed for by "Mali" on November 15. I tried several times to again reach Sohaib to confirm he received the saddle and would replace it with the correct size. On December 8, "Yasir" answered the phone and advised that, because the saddle was so old, I would have a problem exchanging. After practically screaming into the phone that the saddle was so old because I have been trying for MONTHS to reach somebody there, he gave me a number to call Sohaib. Sohaib advised me (1) that no one named "Mali" worked at Hilason, and (2) that he did not know where the returned saddle was and did not remember seeing it come in. I have no idea whether I am going to receive my saddle.
