Purchase: These items were ordered as gifts (3 weeks in advance of the date they were needed.) They were ordered online at the Chick's Saddlery website, both showed as in stock.
Likes: Couldn't tell you - never received them.
Dislikes: I called when they didn't arrive - told they would be shipped in the next 4-5 days. Called a week later - items not in stock, one no longer carried. Asked to talk to a manager, was given to Mr. Bob Fleming (owner) who raised his voice at me and then HUNG UP THE PHONE when I asked him to please not raise his voice - very bad manners and not terribly concerned with loosing a single customer.
Quality: Can't tell you - never got the items.
Summary: I am letting you know so you do not have a similar experience. As the president, Mr. Fleming sets the tone for his company. Expect poor to no customer support. You better order on the phone (if you still want something from Chick's) to make sure you will get the item you order!
There are so many other places to order from that will treat you with respect...
