Purchase: I bought this lunge line from Country Supply for only $9.00 with the addition of the chain.
Likes: I love this lounge line because it is easy to handle. The line doesn't get in knots and it is easy to control the length of the line out. It is 24 feet long and I ordered mine, for an additional fee of $2.00, with the 20" stud chain. The line with the stud chain comes with a brass snap and the line without the chain has a bolt snap.
Dislikes: The only thing that gets in my way is the stud chain. It is nice to have when you have a mare that is heat and you need to get her under control, but just for simple lunging I would prefer no chain.
Quality: The nylon line is high quality and has not frayed on me yet. The seams that hold on the chain are very well done and haven't started unstitching yet either. This whole product is very well done.
Summary: I encourage you to get this line. It is great and easy to use. Before you buy it determine what you really need it for. Do you want it without the chain for simple lounging or with the chain for high tempered horses. Either way you will be pleased.
