Manufacturer: CrestRidge Saddlery
Model: EW mule tree/ traveler
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: Got a new horse and none of the saddles I had fit her, then came the long 2 year saddle search (plus 2 new saddles)not counting the crestridge saddles . Got my first saddle from Crestridge i really liked it, but did the white towel test and Debra told me i needed a wider tree, she drove about 100 miles round trip with her saddle trees to fit my very hard to fit short/wide backed MFT, and got the perfect tree for my mare. paid a bit over $800.00 for the saddle that fits !!!
Likes: This is the first saddle that doesn't roll when mounting /dismounting whoohoo!!. Plus i now have my center on her , and she doesn't buck, because her back hurts. The saddle is VERY well made good heavy long lasting leather ,comfy star burst stitch seat, for the 2 years of my saddle search i kept looking on the crestridge site at the traveler saddle ,just kept going to other places and spending big bucks on saddles that didn't fit one was (suppose) to be hand made Amish saddle pinched her big time. But like i said still going back to the crestridge site,, then after my mare unloaded me i had enough with nonfitting saddles and contacted crestridge...and i know for a fact if none of the trees she had didn't fit she would not have sold me a saddle !!!! I Feel she went way beyond to help me get a saddle !!!
Dislikes: There is nothing i dislike about the saddle ,except it took me 2 new saddles bruised body and ego and very unhappy horse before i made the right choice !!!
Quality: Very well built saddle with felt lining , so it can conform to my mares uneven back. Stitched good with good leather.... This SADDLE FITS just like the add says and will last ...
Summary: Highly recommend going to CrestRidge first to save your self and your horse lots of pain and unneeded saddles...... Debra and her Staff ride and they use the same saddles they sell, so they know what they are doing and there product, would and will from now on get all my tack from Crest Ridge....
