Purchase: I received this saddle as a Christmas present from my mother. She bought it at a local tack shop in Purcellville, Virginia, called Saddlery and Such. This tack shop is very reliable and only carries brands such as Collegiate, Henri De Rivell, Pessoa, Bates, and other top of the line manufacturers. It was a great deal for such a nice saddle (mostly because we are friends with the owner! :-D) Otherwise it would still have been a great deal.
Likes: I absolutely love this saddle. I especially like the color. It is a dark havanna, but there are chestnut and tan accents, so you could easily match it with most leathers and bridles. It is also VERY comfortable, even with it not being broken in completely, and it's comfortable for the horse too. When you first buy it it look light and dry, but even when you oil it for the first time it turns a beautiful, rich havanna to die for.
This particular model has been discontinued, so I have one that has suede knee rolls, but the new ones just have plain leather ones. And it also has knee blocks, and it gives me confidence and a sense of security.
Dislikes: There is absolutely nothing that i dislike about this saddle so far and I don't think that there will ever be any dislikes seeing as how it has a lifetime guarantee.
Quality: The construction is perfect and the quality is just fantastic.
Summary: This saddle is perfect and i would suggest anyone that wants a great saddle that will last them for life.
