Purchase: While shopping on eBay, I came upon the Cody Brand Breast Collar. It was an impulse buy, which I rarely do, but I am glad I purchased it. I paid $57 for it, but it retails for over $115.
Likes: I love the quality of the Breast Collar! The leather is soft and supple, whereas with other Breast Collars, you usually have to break them in for some time. The cross studs accentuated the cross conchos, which made it look beautiful!
Dislikes: I loved the mahogany color, but did not really care for how it was dyed. There were a few splotches that were not covered, though they were barely visible. For $57 what can you expect? I still would give it 5 horseshoes, though, because the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
Quality: The quality of this BC is amazing! As mentioned above, it is very soft and supple. The silver is a little cheap, probably only to be used in minor shows.
Summary: Overall, I am very pleased with the Breast Collar! It is made by a great company, and I will most certainly buy from them again. On one last note - this BC would be awesome for parades!
