Purchase: I bought this bridle on clearance from State Line Tack for $129, the bridle did not come with reins.
Likes: It is a beautiful bridle. The padding is nice. And the price can't get much better.
Dislikes: The leather did not soak up the oil very well, so it remained slippery for a long period of time. It fit my horse (regular sized TB) very poorly. The browband is very large and the flash was about 4" too long.
Quality: When I oiled this bridle it feel apart. The glue they used for the padding disintegrated. It has taken me a week to pick out all the glue with a toothpick. The leather is pretty decent quality... poor execution. The glue was completely unnecessary because everything was stitched together.
Summary: Really upset with the bridle. I know Crosby is a reputable brand, hence the reason I bought the bridle. But I was really let down and frustrated because of all the work needed to make this bridle be usable.
