Likes: A seriously comfy saddle, which you can ride in for hours and hours with no soreness at all! It also helps you stay on spooky horses, as it sort of holds you as you move within it rather than you sliding on top. The stirrup bars are set back to aid with proper leg position, yet are just forward enough to jump with no problems.
Dislikes: Just as with a treed saddle, treeless saddles can cause damage to the horse (silly me, I didn't at first realise this!!). This saddle does fit most shapes of horse, but not all. Horses with unusual conformation may affect the weight distribution systems in the saddle, causing the weight from the stirrups/rider to be distributed less well and thus causing the usual type of saddle problem (atrophy/white hair etc).
Quality: It is made from very good quality leather, and is available in soft italian leather (looovely!!), or butt leather flaps. Available in black or brown with two types of panel, suber or prolite.
Summary: I loved it, and wish it had fitted my pony. Sadly, 'twas not to be...
