Purchase: This was purchased in the fall of 2006 on the Schneiders website. The price was $159.95. I chose this brand because Schneiders had replaced a defective sheet earlier that year. I believed the sheet was a "freak" product.
Likes: It fits my horse well.
Dislikes: This blanket is having the same problems as the sheet they replaced. After minimal use, the interior seams are fraying out. I've contacted customer service, as I did with the sheet. The results have been very unsatisfactory. My 1st e-mail concerning the problem was "never received". The second E-mail asked me to explain the problem which I did the same day. After another week went by, I called the service representative. The upshot of the 25 minute wait to speak to the representative is that they want me to return the blanket for evaluation (at my expense). Like I can return a blanket in January! I doubt they'll stand behind this blanket by the time I can return it. And, I'll still have sunk $50.00 worth of shipping into getting it in the first place and returning their junk.
Quality: The exterior appears nice and seems to be durable,
Summary: NEVER ... NEVER by a product from Schneiders.
