Purchase: I was looking for an ultra fancy and top quality headstall for my cutting horse. I found Running Roan Tack (www.runningroantack.com) that had a TON of really nice tack! I fell in love with this HS159DC76 headstall and it was $155.00, way cheaper than other places I'd found. I had some questions about getting a breast collar to match and Heather was extremely helpful!
Likes: I'm a big fan of Hermann Oak leather, which is what Cowperson Tack uses. The leather is doubled and stitched and very soft and supple. You can feel the quality! I love these silver plated silver plated conchos and buckles with the cutting horses. The rawhide accents are hand braided and very tight.
Dislikes:
Quality: Hermann Oak leather, all made in the USA, and excellent quality silver! Really nice stuff!
Summary: I love this headstall and will be back to Running Roan Tack to purchase the matching breast collar and some split reins too!
